We aim to send out your orders as quickly and securely as possible, aiming for same day postage for orders received before midday Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know in the comments at checkout or select Next Day shipping and we'll prioritise your order where possible.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout - please note that larger items such as deck boxes increase shipping costs. If your shipping looks incorrect (e.g. £5+ shipping for a handful of singles), please contact us and we'll check everything is being calculated correctly.
We offer free UK delivery on all orders of £50 or greater. We will usually use Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service for orders qualifying for free shipping, however we may chose other services depending on cost, delivery times and reliability. Please select another shipping option if you prefer your order to be posted using a specific service.

The bulk of our mail order parcels are sent by Royal Mail, however we offer a range of postal options at checkout. If you require a specific postal option that is not available, please contact us by email at info@manaleak.com. High value international orders are usually sent by UPS.
Royal Mail First Class delivery aim is 1-2 working days. 2nd Class is 2-3 working days, although these can take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas or around postal strikes.
Update (September 2026): We are currently upgrading Royal Mail Signed For orders to Royal Mail Tracked 24 (for 1st Class Signed For) and Royal Mail Tracked 48 (for 2nd Class Signed For), as these services have been delivering faster or more consistently. If you would prefer your order to be delivered using the Signed For service please let us know in the comments at checkout. Tracking codes for these methods are generated once the Post Office processes the delivery; as such we do not routinely send out tracking codes with orders using these methods. If you would like your tracking code to follow the delivery or feel there has been a delay in the delivery service, please contact us.
We have recently reintroduced our popular Flat Rate Shipping option. Although we may upgrade delivery methods for higher value orders at our discrecion, Flate Rate Shipping is usually posted with Royal Mail's 2nd Class Standard Service. We have also introduced a slightly cheaper option for 2nd Class Standard post on small singles orders. This operates with the same service as our Flat Rate Shipping option; the smaller parcel size simply means we know we will be able to send your items as a standard letter rather than a large letter so we have passed on the discount with a slightly lower rate. Delivery times cannot be guarenteed for these orders, so we recommend selecting a different service if you require your cards promptly.

Please note that international orders can take longer due to the extra stages in the system. If you need your cards quickly, then we highly recommend selecting International Signed at checkout, as Airmail parcels will usually be sent by Royal Mail International Standard, which tends to have a slower delivery time and which we are unable to track the progress for after posting.
