We aim to send out your orders as quickly and securely as possible, aiming for same day postage for orders received before midday Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know in the comments at checkout or select Next Day shipping and we'll prioritise your order where possible.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout - please note that larger items such as deck boxes increase shipping costs (although you can claim a free Bombay Badboy alongside your order!). If your shipping looks incorrect (e.g. £3+ shipping for a handful of singles), please contact us and we'll check everything is being calculated correctly.
We offer free UK delivery on all orders of £35 or greater. (Updated 02.01.23)
The bulk of our mail order parcels are sent by Royal Mail, however we offer a range of postal options at checkout. If you require a specific postal option that is not available, please contact us by email at info@manaleak.com. High value international orders are usually sent by UPS.
Royal Mail First Class delivery aim is 1-2 working days. 2nd Class is 2-3 working days, although these can take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas or around postal strikes.

Please note that international orders can take longer due to the extra stages in the system. If you need your cards quickly, then we highly recommend selecting International Signed at checkout, as Airmail parcels will usually be sent by Royal Mail International Standard, which tends to have a slower delivery time and which we are unable to track the progress for after posting.
If you have any concerns or questions about delivery times or prices, or if it has been longer than expected (we recommend waiting at least 3-5 days for UK first class, 7-10 for UK Second Class, or 3pm on the next working day for Next Day deliveries) and you have not received your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
