It depends on the scenario, based on only those three cards, it's better to destroy the Life's Web, as it effectively could deal 1, then 2, then 3 (and so on) damage, whereas Infinite rage only deals one. However it does depend on how many creatures you control, as well, the infinite rage's damage can't really be decided by the defender, whereas blocking is the choice of the defender, so the damage could be negated by a stronger creature.
