I've seen a top combo involving this, Oona's Prowler and Dread Return.
Discard the poppet using the Prowlers discard ability, then Dread Return it into play, and drop all those nasty -1/-1 counters all over the place!
It's not a tire 1 combo, but it's great for freindly play. It deserves 3 stars.
