I've been told there are uses for this card. Without getting pretty obscure, I just can't find them.
It can't block, it can't attack (since Norin attacking triggers his own ability), which means about the only thing Norin sticks around for is someone drawing a card and putting a land down. Of course, there are things that trigger whenever a creature enters or leaves play (Essence Warden, rather randomly, springs to mind), but I can't really imagine one so good it's worth the space this thing takes up in your deck. Still, if anyone has any ideas, I've got five. Amaze me.
