To receive assistance, grant the javascript applet permissions to connect to the irc help server, then choose a NickName and connect.

Once connected, message the username "@ManaLeak" who can be usually be found on the right hand side of the chat window below.

Commands: You can either double click the "@ManaLeak" username or type "/msg ManaLeak yourmessagehere" into the chatbox below. This will automatically notify a customer service representative that you require assistance.

Once the message has been sent, please wait while a customer service representative prepares to deal with your enquiry.

If you do not see a name "@ManaLeak" in the room, this means that no customer representative is currently available and you should try again later.

To help us handle your request more efficiently, please have the following details ready:
- Your full name as stated on invoice and payment.
- Your postal address.
- A list of your order in question.
- If applicable, your auction username and item numbers.
