Spoiler season normally starts about 3 weeks before the prerelease date, on the Monday. The prerelease date for Core 2019 is July 14-15, 2018, which means that preview season for Core 2019 should officially start around Monday June 25th, 2018, although do expect a small number of cards to be previewed the week before then.
