A 84-Year-Old Hobby Games Store Owner Fakes Heart Attack, Thwarts Robbery Attempt
The gaming store, New Box Seats, was robbed on Friday afternoon at 3:30pm in Barrigada Heights, USA, and the incident was caught on CCTV. The video footage shows 3 boys forcing the store owner, Alan Schueler, into a bathroom; one of the boys then holds the bathroom door, keeping the owner from getting out. It’s then that Alan Schueler said he cried out he was having a heart attack, and the boys soon left.
“I yelled out that I was having a heart attack. Screamed it out that I needed someone to call the ambulance,” Schueler said.
When the kids left, Alan Schueler said he managed to exit the bathroom, reach for the store’s phone and dialled 911.
