Baruch Spinoza would be a cool name for a Planeswalker.
If you guessed that this comic is an obscure reference to the card [card]Grave Bramble[/card] then congratulations. You win twelve Innistrads.
Grave Bramble- The key component of powerful new Standard decks such as Bramble Ramp, Bramble Blade, Bramble Pod, Bant Bramble, Mono-green Plants aaaaand…. these words what I am saying are all big lies.
Chances are you ain’t gonna see many [card]Grave Bramble[/card]s outside of junk stacks.
But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t deserve tribute.
[card]Grave Bramble[/card] is probably the only place you’ll see a combined homage to a popular tower defence game (Plants versus Zombies) and 17th Century Metaphysical Philosopher Baruch Spinoza.
You just ain’t gonna get that anywhere else. No way. Nuh uh.
What else was I meant to use? [card]Snapcaster Mage[/card]? Pffffft.
You like my stuff?
I now have a Deviant Art page if you want to see it all in a convenient gallery format, click here!
