We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Paypal portal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment, you just enter your card details as normal.

  Purchasing on the Internet has been reserved pretty much exclusively for people who use credit cards. Not at Manaleak.com!

We understand that there are plenty of good people who don't use credit cards for one reason or another. It you're one of them, you're welcome here. You can choose to pay via cheques (GB Pounds), postal orders or even cash (GB Pounds).

To keep it simple we have a flat rate shipping policy. You just choose your region at checkout and thats all you pay no matter how many items you order!-- Keep an eye out for our special free delivery offers!

3. What are these Freebies and how can I claim some?

 

At Manaleak.com we want to offer you-- our customers the very best value for money and this is very important to us. So we are going to try give you as many free stuff as possible, thats right Freebies! These include things such as free rares, free bundle of cards, free shipping upgrades, free sealed products and many many more. In fact we will try to come up with new Freebies to add to our existing Freebie selection every week.

This is how it works... You make your purchase as normal then go to our Freebie area and add on the Freebie(s) that your would like to claim. And thats not it, you're not limited to just one Freebie, you can claim as many Freebies as you'd like providing your order meets the minimum requirements of each Freebie. You can find out what these minimum requirements are by simply clicking on the Freebie itself. So order more and get more Freebies!

Please note we do not profit from Freebies, they are designed in a way that allows us to offer them directly to you at cost price. We can not issue refunds on Freebies so please can you make sure that all Freebie claims are correct.
 

 

4. Will you buy my collection?

 

We are always interested in purchasing cards at a fair price. You are always welcome to bring your cards to our shop where they can be valued. You will be offered store credit and/or cash, whatever works best for you. You can use the store credit to pick up anything you may need there and then or save it for later.

You can also use our online buy-in form where we will calculate the cash and store credit value of our collection. To use this feature now visit our Trade & Sell To Us page.

Alternatively if you have a large colleciton (2000+ rares) then email us for a more personal service. To help us value your collection please can you email us with answers to the following questions:

  • How many copy of each rare are there in general? (e.g... 1,2,3,4 or 5+?)
  • Approximately how many rares are included? (To the nearest hundred)
  • Which are your chased cards? (Please list card name and quantity)
  • How many complete sets are on offer? (Please list set/expansion names)
  • What is the general condition of these cards? (Played, V.Good or Near Mint?)
  • If possible, please can you list all your rares. (Please list card name and quantity)

5. Large purchases and discounts

 

Please contact us if you wish to make large and frequent purchases at a discounted rate.

6. Responding to emails

 

We attempt to answer your emails within 24 hours. Please remember we normally attend tournaments and conventions at the weekend and so may not be able to reply to emails sent on Saturday or Sundays as quickly as we normally would. However we will always try our best to get back to you as quick as possible. Everyone has hectic periods now and again and in these circumstances we would greatly appreciate your patience.

 

When contacting us please be sure to include your order number as this allows us to be much more accurate and efficient with our responses.

7. Complaints - How can we improve?

 

We really want to make buying from us a fast and friendly experience and to get your order delivered correctly, quickly and in excellent condition. Unfortunately we sometimes get it wrong. When we do, we welcome your feedback so that we are aware of the problem and can get to work fixing it as soon as possible. Please contact us with your problem making sure you state the order number & item description.

8. What if I'm not in for the delivery?

 

Most of our packages can be placed through the letter box. However some will require a signature on receipt. If you are not in to sign then a card will be posted through your door with full instructions on how to arrange re-delivery (at no cost to you). If this is not carried out and the delivery is returned to ourselves, the consumer will be charged with delivery costs both ways. The most common reason for an undelivered order is due to nobody was present at the time of delivery, because of this we always encourage that you check with your local mailing depot promptly.

 

9. Mistakes on our part

 

Unfortunately everyone sometimes makes mistakes. We attempt to correct our mistakes as soon as possible, but we retain the right to modify or cancel an offer if there has been a mistake on our part.

11. Privacy Policy

 

We never pass on any of your personal details to any third party. Ever. Not even in a million years.

 

12. Returns Policy

 

At Manaleak.com, we endeavor to provide the highest possible service to our customers and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have receive goods in a damaged or unsuitable condition, or you have simply changed your mind then don't worry, we will be happy to replace or refund them in the form of store credit within 30 days of receipt. To send any items back to us, simply:

  1. Please can you repackage any items you would like to return to us.
     
  2. Please include a note with the following information:
    • A confirming of your return full postal address
    • A list of the cards you wished to be replaced. (If applicable, please include any specific requirements, e.g. replacement cards to be from a specific set/expansion/condition).

Please make sure the order number & return address are included as well as your email address. Buyers send the defective products back for exchange or refund in the form of store credit at their own cost. We will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the replacement.

We reserve the right to refuse this service.

13. Preorders

 

In accordance to Wizards of the Coast policies, retailers are not allowed to dispatch items before the release date of that item. Next day couriers only ship Monday to Friday and if you would like your order on Saturday then you will need to place your order with Special Next Day Delivery - Saturday Delivery or arrange collection from our shop in Birmingham at any time between 10am-11pm Mondays to Fridays, and 10am-8pm Weekends.

 

All orders that include preorder items placed before the release date will be shipped on release date itself. If you would like your nonpreorders items to be shipped beforehand then please place separate orders. Please kindly keep this in mind when placing orders containing preorder items.

Please be advised that retailers are only given the space of 1-2 working days to open, sort, pick and ship months worth of preorders, in addition to normal orders. This means that there can sometimes be a small chance that a preorder is shipped on the Monday of the release instead of the Friday.

 

14. How does the Price Match work?

 

We check and update our prices every day to make sure that we are offering our customers the best value for money. However the internet is massive (really really big!) and if in the unlikely circumstance that you are able to find the same card (exact set, condition and in stock) cheaper anywhere else online from another established traders website, then just let us know and we will beat that price, its that simple!

 

We really do appreciate your custom; that you have chosen to use us above anyone else and we will always do our best to look after you, with that great 1-2-1 service that we are renown for.

 

15. Do you ship to my country?

 

In accordance to Wizard of the Coast's trading policies, European retailers can only send sealed Wizard of the Coast products (e.g. booster boxes, fat packs, intro decks) to addresses within Europe.

 

However, we can send MTG singles and everything else to anywhere in the world. To keep it simple we have a flat rate shipping policy. You just choose your region at checkout and thats all you pay no matter how many items you order. Our rates are:

16. How do I purchase a gift card from Manaleak.com?

 

1. Once the price is set, please add this item to your shopping cart. You may want to purchase multiple gift cards.

 

2. If you would like us to send this gift card directly to a loved one then please state the full name and full address of that person in the message box on the checkout page. If this is done, then we will also fill in the "From" field with your full name (the full name on your Manaleak.com account), unless you request otherwise in the message box on checkout. This will let the lucky recipient know who purchased the gift card for them.

 

We will send a physical gift card (certificate). Every gift card will have stated on it the value of the gift card, who it is from (who purchased it), and the redemption code. A compliments slip including instructions on how to use the gift card will also be included. If you are giving this gift card to a loved one yourself, then please also include the instructions slip so that the lucky recipient will know how to use it. For your convenience, we have also included information below on how to redeem a gift card from Manaleak.com

 

There is no expiration date for gift cards purchased from Manaleak.com

 

If you would like to purchase a gift card from us for a specific value then please drop us an email or message us on Facebook and let us know how much you'd like to spend. We will set set the price of this gift card to the amount you require and make it available. Once that is done, then you can purchase that gift card as normal.

 

 

17. How do I redeem a gift card from Manaleak.com?

 

1. Place an order as normal.

 

2. During checkout, please enter your gift card redemption code(s) in the message box under “Please tell us any special instructions below”. If you have multiple gift card redemption codes then please enter the codes you wish to redeem.

 

3. Please select your payment method.

 

  • If you choose “Trade Credit, Gift Cards & Cheques” then we will email you an invoice for any outstanding balance or issue you store credit for any unused credit.
  • If you select an online payment method then we will issue you a refund to the value of your gift card(s).

 

 

18. I went to make an online payment, however the payment was not made for whatever reason (e.g. I changed my mind on the payment method), I returned to the website but my now shopping cart is clear. How may I pay for this order again?

 

Don't worry, when you select to pay either using Paypal or NoChex, your shopping cart is then automatically moved to your order history, and then you are taken to our secure payment portal so that you can make the payment.

 

If you would like to pay for your order again then please contact us and let us know. Please include your order details so that we can invoice you accordingly. Please include the following information in your email to us:

Really great service - from the comprehensive information on the website to the well packaged MTG cards when they arrived. The free cards I received when part of my order was delayed speaks volumes for the customer service Manaleak provides. Just placed my second order, and I'm sure there'll be many more. Thank you.
As I sit here drinking my tea and writing this short review, I look at my (recently used) Chaos Predator tank and reminded myself about my game that was played at Manaleak.com in Birmingham... The exterior is, infact misleading, and upon entering the complex, the interior was as if I entered an office! Climbing up the stairs and following the signs, I finally arrive at Manaleak.com; the place was lovely and spacious, full of refreshments and essentials needed for all sorts of games, be it tabletop or card games! Store manager was pretty cool, allowed me and a friend to play a game of Warhammer 40k (even took photos of the game, swell guys!) but I suppose what has impressed me is their knowledge and awesomeness, as well as the atmosphere - which was pretty cool... Service was pretty good too, I might add! I'd highly recommend Manaleak.com to all sorts of people, even if it’s just a catch up with some friends or (in my case!) battling over tabletop supremacy!!!
Very pleased with order, shipped and arrived promptly. Staff were helpful with the changes I made, and the prices were good. The free rare I got looks interesting as well. The website seemed a bit slow, though.
