Getting a discount for each type in your graveyard could potentially cause this beast of a card to cost a measly 6 mana if you have every type, which can be easily achieved for a player with that as their goal.
Combine that with taking your opponent's turn straight afterwards and you've got a card that not only sounds and looks terrifying, but has the potential to instantly win games when paired with a few other spells.

Taking your opponent's turn is arguably better than Emrakul's previous incarnation, The Aeons Torn, which allows you to take an extra turn straight after summoning, as it allows you to make sure their defenses are down when you unleash this monstrosity on them, and see what they have in store in the immediate future (assuming they live long enough), and it adds a certain degree of stress to your enemies as they watch you open all the doors between them and your giant floating space squid.

Stat comparison to her previous card:
+She now has trample.
+Ridiculously low cost if played right.
+Allows you to ensure an opponent is vulnerable by taking their turn for them.

-She no longer has annihilator
-She is slightly weaker than before, carrying a 13/13 instead of her original 15/15. Traversing the multiverse takes its toll, even on eldritch abominations...
-She only has protection from instants, rather than from coloured spells, meaning she can be countered and burned by cards with flash.
-She is no longer immortal and stays in the graveyard when killed, rather than shuffling into your library and bringing your graveyard with her.

Overall, Emrakul seems a bit on the lower and more vulnerable side than before to me, but she's still nothing to be scoffed at! Although she may be easier to deal with now, she makes up for this with the potentail to appear on ridiculously early turns for something of her size, if you can throw things in your graveyard fast enough.
